1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Laser and Me NYC Inc ("Laser and Me," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in New York State with its principal place of business at 347 5th Avenue, Suite 803A, New York, NY 10016. By visiting our website at laserandme.com, using our online booking system, or receiving any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Offered

Laser and Me NYC Inc provides medical-grade aesthetic and laser treatments, including but not limited to laser hair removal (using the Cynosure Elite+™ system), Botox and neuromodulator injections, laser skin rejuvenation, laser acne scar reduction, microneedling with vitamins and peptides, PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy, biorevitalization, laser pigmentation reduction, and laser tattoo removal.

All treatments are performed by trained and certified technicians under the supervision of a licensed medical professional. Our services are intended for cosmetic and aesthetic purposes only and do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment of disease, or medical advice. Results vary by individual, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Clients between the ages of 16 and 18 may receive certain services with written consent from a parent or legal guardian, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet our eligibility requirements or who, in our professional judgment, is not a suitable candidate for a requested treatment.

Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin conditions may contraindicate specific treatments. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information during your consultation. We are not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate medical disclosures.

4. Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be booked online through our booking platform (Vagaro), by phone at (929) 755-2071, or by email at [email protected]. All appointments are subject to availability. Booking an appointment does not guarantee that a specific technician will be available, though we make every effort to accommodate your preferences.

A valid credit or debit card may be required to hold your appointment. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or for no-shows, as described in Section 5 below.

We recommend arriving 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any required intake forms. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time or rescheduling of your appointment, at our discretion.

5. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand that schedules change. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price. Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Package holders who repeatedly cancel or no-show may have their package validity period reduced or their package forfeited, at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline future bookings from clients with a history of repeated cancellations or no-shows.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable New York State sales tax will be added to taxable services.

Prepaid packages and gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable unless required by applicable law. Package sessions must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. Expired packages will not be extended or refunded except as required by New York State law.

If you dispute a charge, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account and referral to a collections agency for outstanding balances.

7. Informed Consent and Medical Disclosure

Prior to receiving any treatment, you will be required to complete an intake form and sign an informed consent document. The informed consent will describe the nature of the treatment, potential risks and side effects, pre-care and post-care instructions, and any contraindications. You must disclose all relevant medical history, current medications (including supplements and topical products), allergies, and prior aesthetic treatments.

By signing the informed consent, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the risks and benefits of the treatment, that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, and that you voluntarily consent to the procedure. You agree that Laser and Me NYC Inc is not responsible for outcomes that result from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre-care and post-care instructions.

8. Results and Guarantees

Aesthetic results vary significantly based on individual factors including skin type, hair color and texture, hormonal conditions, age, lifestyle, and adherence to pre-care and post-care protocols. Laser and Me NYC Inc does not guarantee specific results from any treatment. The number of sessions required to achieve a desired outcome varies by individual and cannot be predicted with certainty.

Testimonials and before-and-after images displayed on our website or social media represent individual results and are not a guarantee of outcomes for other clients. Any claims made about our services are based on general industry data and our clinical experience, and should not be interpreted as a promise of specific results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Laser and Me NYC Inc, its owners, officers, employees, technicians, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to adverse reactions, unsatisfactory results, or personal injury, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, videos, and software, is the property of Laser and Me NYC Inc or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

You may share links to our website on social media or other platforms, provided that you do not misrepresent our brand, services, or content. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11. User Conduct

When using our website or visiting our studio, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who behaves in a disrespectful, threatening, or abusive manner toward our staff or other clients, or who violates any of these Terms. Such conduct may result in immediate termination of your appointment without refund.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days of receiving written notice.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, it shall be severed from these Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed informed consent documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Laser and Me NYC Inc with respect to your use of our website and services. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
