Founded in 2023, Laser and Me was built on a shared vision: to bring medical-grade laser hair removal and aesthetic treatments to New York City in a space that felt as luxurious as it was clinical. From the beginning, we believed that exceptional results and an exceptional experience were not mutually exclusive. We serve clients across New York City from our studio at 347 5th Avenue, Manhattan.
What started as a focused laser hair removal studio in Midtown Manhattan has grown into one of NYC's most trusted full-service medical spa destinations. Oleg Smirnov, PMP
Oleg Smirnov is a PMP-certified operator and entrepreneur who has managed multi-million-dollar programs across five countries for organizations including Tesla, PepsiCo, and Amazon. He founded Laser and Me in 2023, bringing operational excellence and a client-first philosophy to one of New York City's fastest-growing medical spa studios. Oleg oversees all strategic operations and ensures that every client interaction reflects the studio's core values of precision, transparency, and care. Oleg is a U.S. Army Veteran who served at the 104th Military Police Battalion in New York State.
Pavel Atamas, NP
Pavel is a licensed Nurse Practitioner with specialized training in laser aesthetics, injectable treatments, and advanced skin care protocols. His clinical precision, evidence-based approach, and calm professional manner put clients at ease from the first consultation through every follow-up session. Pavel oversees all medical protocols at Laser and Me and ensures that every treatment meets the highest standards of safety and efficacy. Pavel is a Laser Safety Officer (LSO).
Yana Loginskaya
Yana was the first team member to join Laser and Me, and has been instrumental in shaping the studio's standard of care since day one. A New York State Certified Esthetician currently pursuing her medical degree, she combines clinical knowledge with hands-on expertise in laser hair removal and advanced skin treatments across all Fitzpatrick skin types. Yana's precision, warmth, and dedication to client comfort have made her one of the studio's most requested technicians.
Anastasiia Novokhatnia
Anastasiia joined Laser and Me in 2024 and quickly became one of the studio's most trusted technicians. Certified as both a New York State Esthetician and a Cynosure laser specialist, she combines technical precision with a warm, reassuring presence that puts clients at ease from the moment they walk in. Specializing in laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation, Anastasiia is known for her thoroughness, her attention to safety, and her ability to deliver consistent, high-quality results.

From a single-room studio in Midtown to one of NYC's most trusted medical spas — here is how we got here.
Laser and Me opened its doors in August 2023: one studio, one employee, one device, one clear purpose: to bring clinical-grade laser care to New York City. Every decision from day one was guided by a commitment to precision, safety, and a client experience that felt genuinely different.
Within six months of opening, we welcomed our 100th client, a milestone that arrived faster than we expected and meant more than any number could capture. It told us we were building something real, and that the city was ready for what we were offering. For us, the sky was the limit.
We expanded our service portfolio, invested in additional Cynosure systems, and in May 2024, opened our second location inside the Empire State Building. Two new team members joined the studio, and we extended our hours to meet the growing demand from clients across all five boroughs.
We earned a 5.0-star Google rating, not through marketing, but through the kind of care that turns first-time clients into regulars who send their friends. Every review reflected a real person who trusted us with something personal, and we took that seriously. Our ambitions and efforts began paying off.
We surpassed 1,000 clients served and welcomed another team member to keep pace with demand, without ever compromising the quality of a single session. Our full treatment menu has expanded to include advanced skin rejuvenation, acne scar therapy, pigmentation reduction, and body contouring.
A third location is in development as we plan to introduce injectable treatments, bringing licensed medical professionals on-site to deliver them with the same standard we apply to everything else. Our next chapter is about depth: more services, more locations, and a team built to match the ambition.

The gold standard in dual-wavelength laser hair removal. The Elite+™ combines a 755nm Alexandrite and 1064nm Nd:YAG laser with the Skintel® melanin reader for automatic, personalized calibration. FDA-cleared for all Fitzpatrick skin types I through VI.
Q-Switch Nd:YAG
The Q-Switch laser delivers ultra-short nanosecond pulses of energy that shatter ink particles and melanin deposits without damaging surrounding tissue. Used for laser tattoo removal, pigmentation reduction, and melasma treatment.
Erbium Laser
