We are open Monday through Saturday from 9am to 8pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.

Skin Assessment
Before any treatment begins, your technician uses the Skintel® melanin reader — a patented sensor built into the Elite+™ — to measure your skin's melanin index. This determines the precise laser parameters for your session, eliminating guesswork and ensuring maximum safety.

- —Shave the treatment area 24 hours before
- —Avoid sun exposure and tanning for 2 weeks
- —Do not apply numbing creams unless prescribed
- —Remove all makeup, lotion, or deodorant
- —Protective eyewear is provided for all clients
- —Melanin index is measured with Skintel® sensor
- —Laser parameters are set per your skin profile
- —Most sessions take 15–45 minutes
- —Apply SPF 30+ daily for at least 2 weeks
- —Avoid hot showers and saunas for 24 hours
- —Do not exfoliate the treated area for 5 days
- —Expect mild redness — it resolves within hours
